TERMS OF USE

Terms of use

WORKING VERSION · 15/09/2026

This document has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It describes what the application does today, and every piece of information we do not have yet is marked “to complete” rather than filled in at random. It will change before it is final, and the date above will change with it.

What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of Tenno Crossroads : the site, the pages opened in game and the Overwolf extension. The application helps organise what you farm in Warframe (roadmaps, catalog, sources), follow the warframe.market market and share builds and tips. By creating an account, you accept these terms. Purchases have their own terms of sale, and your data is described in the privacy policy.

Access to the service

  • Most pages can be read without an account. An account is needed to save roadmaps, link your inventory, read market prices, publish and write.
  • The service is in beta: features change, some are incomplete and say so on screen, and it can be interrupted, for maintenance or a failure, without notice.
  • Minimum age to create an account: TO COMPLETE · to be set.

Your account

  • You are responsible for your password. Do not share it: a shared account is a shared subscription, and it is forbidden.
  • A Warframe account links to only one account here, and an account here follows only one Warframe account. Recreating an account to reset counters on the same inventory does not work, and that is intended. If you really need to change the link, write to us: it is done by hand.
  • Your public name is final. It signs what you publish. Only moderation can replace it, if it breaks these terms.
  • Your in-game name only appears next to your posts if you chose it on your account page.

The Overwolf extension

The extension passes to your account what the game sends about your inventory, and opens the application in game. Linking a PC is done with a confirmation click in the application; you can unlink it at any time from your account page. What it reads, sends and never does is described in detail in What the application reads. It is forbidden to send the service an inventory that is not yours, or to modify it.

What you publish

Builds, tips, comments and screenshots remain your property. By publishing them, you authorise Tenno Crossroads, free of charge and worldwide, to host, display and reproduce them in the application while they are published there, and to adapt their technical form to display them (an image is re-encoded and its metadata removed). You guarantee you have the right to publish what you publish.

  • Your first build goes through moderation before being visible; once validated, the next ones are published directly. Each tip goes through moderation.
  • Content can be refused or removed, with a written reason. Removed content is no longer shown, but the removal stays recorded.
  • Any account can report content; the report is read by moderation.

Rules of conduct

Forbidden on Tenno Crossroads :

  • buying or selling Warframe platinum, items or accounts for real money, gift cards or items from another game. Digital Extremes forbids it too, and can ban your Warframe account for it (what Digital Extremes support says about it ↗) ;
  • harassment, hateful insults, threats, impersonation;
  • asking for a password, publishing contact details or a contact method outside the application, publishing misleading links;
  • circumventing a tier limit (multiple accounts, shared account), attacking the service, or querying it automatically beyond normal use;
  • publishing what does not belong to you without its author's agreement.

Messaging

Messaging between players has its own charter, to be accepted before writing: what the checking program filters, when a human reads a conversation (only if it is reported), and how sanctions are issued and appealed. It is part of these terms.

warframe.market

  • warframe.market is an independent service, with its own rules, which you must respect when you publish there.
  • When you connect your warframe.market account, the application posts, edits or withdraws orders on your behalf and only on your action. Nothing is posted automatically.
  • Trades happen in the game, between players. Tenno Crossroads executes no trade, holds no platinum and guarantees neither a price, nor a buyer, nor a seller.

The monthly tips contest

  • Taking part is free: one tip per week and per account, at every tier.
  • The ranking is that of the players' votes. An account votes from the month after its creation, and a vote only counts during the tip's month.
  • The month's most voted tip wins the prize announced for that month. In case of a tie at the top, nobody is named. A prize is only owed if it was announced.
  • Full rules: TO COMPLETE · to be written.

What the application guarantees

The application is made by players and may contain errors. It displays data that comes from Digital Extremes, warframe.market and other sources, with the time it read it; this data may be incomplete or out of date. When it does not know, it says so.

Tenno Crossroads cannot be held responsible for a Digital Extremes decision on your Warframe account, a trade between players, or a third-party service (Overwolf, warframe.market). Applicable limitations of liability: TO COMPLETE · to be validated.

Sanctions and closure

  • A breach of these terms can lead to content removal, a feature restriction, a suspension or the closure of the account. A sanction always carries the broken rule and its reasons.
  • A sanction linked to a Warframe account follows that Warframe account: recreating an account here does not lift it.
  • You can close your account whenever you want. Today, this is requested from the contact page and a human does it.

Changes and applicable law

  • These terms can change. A significant change will be announced in the application before it applies, and the date at the top of the page will change.
  • Applicable law and jurisdiction: TO COMPLETE · to be set with the publisher.
