Where sales stand

Nothing can be bought today. The checkout is closed during the beta, and an administrator grants tiers by hand. These terms describe what will apply when it opens.

What is sold

Tenno Crossroads sells access to its own tools, never to the game data, which stays the same for everyone. Two kinds of offer, which do not replace each other:

• One-off articles (a roadmap slot, a HUD panel…): owned for the lifetime of the service. An article that can be bought again adds up: three slots bought are three purchases.
• The subscription : it opens, as long as it is paid, market watching (price alerts, messaging, trade history), roadmap cycle freedom and all HUD panels.

The list of articles, their exact content and their price are those shown in the shop at the time of purchase.

Price and payment

• Prices are shown in euros. Tax mention (incl. VAT): TO COMPLETE · to be validated.
• The price paid is the order's: a later price change modifies neither a past purchase nor its receipt.
• Payment goes through Overwolf's checkout (Overwolf Subscriptions, operated by Tebex). We neither see nor keep any card data. That checkout's terms apply to the payment itself. Who the seller is in the legal sense: TO COMPLETE · to be validated.

Delivery

A purchase opens the corresponding right on your account Tenno Crossroads as soon as the payment is confirmed. A first purchase also opens, for good, HUD customisation. If a paid right does not appear, write to us from the contact page, “A problem with a purchase” section : we restore it.

Subscription and cancellation

• The subscription renews until it is cancelled, which is done from Overwolf's checkout.
• After a cancellation, what the subscription opens stays available until the end of the paid period, then closes.
• What you bought as a one-off stays yours, subscription or not: a purchased panel does not disappear with the subscription that also lent it to you.
• Nothing is retroactive: a roadmap confirmed during the subscription is not frozen afterwards, and no data is deleted because a tier closes. What exceeds a new cap stays readable, only creation beyond it is blocked.

Right of withdrawal and refund

Digital content supplied immediately only gives rise to a 14-day right of withdrawal if you did not expressly waive it at the time of purchase. The checkout will have to ask for this agreement before opening: TO COMPLETE · to set up and validate.

A refund is requested from Overwolf's checkout, which holds the payment. We cannot refund ourselves; we can, however, remove or restore a right on your account so that your account matches what you paid.

If the service stops

“For the lifetime of the service” means what it says: if Tenno Crossroads closes, one-off purchases end with it. What would be done for recent purchases in that case: TO COMPLETE · to be defined.
